New Character Education Program Manager Kristy Esparza

The Ethics Center welcomes Kristy Esparza as new Character Education program manager. Esparza is excited to be back in her hometown of San Jose after living in the Washington, D.C. area for the past 10 years, where she managed the Visual Arts Program for DC Public Schooland served as Manager of Education Programs for the Smithsonian’s Hirshhorn Museum. In her new role at the Ethics Center, Esparza will develop curriculum and professional development resources in support of the Character Based Literacy (CBL), Insight, and Storyteller programs. She will also also market Character Education programs within SCU and the broader community, write content that explores contemporary issues in ethics and education, and collaborate on a range of projects and programs.
